Coach Kelly Jimmerson

Coach Jimmerson came to Enterprise in 2012 after serving as an assistant coach at Seminary High School. He is a 2003 graduate of Enterprise. While at Enterprise he played under Coach Jud Gartman.

Thus far during his tenure at Enterprise he has compiled a 64-54 record. He has achieved 6 winning seasons with his most wins in a season, 12 coming in the 2021 season. He has 1 division championship that came in the 2021, the first year Enterprise competed in Class 3A. Jimmerson's teams have appeared in the playoffs 6 times, going as deep as the 2A South State Championship round in 2020.

Coach Jimmerson replaced Coach Joel Speed who retired after the 2011 season.

Coach Gartman came to Enterprise in 1981 after coaching at West Lauderdale  High School from 1975-79. He served as the Knights head coach from 1977-79 where he amassed a 21-11 record. He is a 1970 graduate of Enterprise. While at Enterprise he played QB under Legendary Coach LJ Davis from 1968-69.

During his time at Enterprise he compiled a 145-98-3* record. He achieved 11* winning seasons with his most wins in a season, 13 coming in the 1986 and 1987 seasons. Gartman's teams have appeared in the playoffs 11 times, his teams won 7 District Titles, 3 South State Championships, and he won back to back State Championships, the Class 1A Championship in 1986 and the Class 2A State Championship in 1987. During the 2 State Championship runs, Gartman's teams were responsible for winning 28 games in a row affectionately known as 'The Streak'. The winning streak began on September 4 1986 where the Bulldogs beat the Union Yellow Jackets 27-7. The winning streak ended in game 3 of the 1988 season on September 16, where the Bulldogs were tied by the 4A Greene County Wildcats 6-6 in a downpour. The Bulldogs pushed their unbeaten streak to 31 games before falling on Homecoming to the 3A Forest Bearcats 13-8 in Game 6 on October 7, 1988. This was the longest win and unbeaten streak in the history of Enterprise football.

In July of 1987 he was invited to serve as the DC of the MS South All-Star team. The South team won 27-7.

Gartman retired in 2002.

A 1949 graduate of Southern Mississippi, Enterprise was Coach Davis's first and only head coaching job. During his 29 years at Enterprise he was responsible for 4 undefeated seasons, 4 Sam Dale Titles, and 4 Bowl victories. Davis coached teams had 61 shutouts under his leadership. Coach Davis was selected to coach in the 1965 All Star game. He was selected coach of the year five times. In 1973 the town of Enterprise honored him with "L. J. Davis Day". Coach Davis was inducted into the Mississippi Association of Coaches Hall of Fame in 1977, an honor that Coach Davis was quoted as saying it was "the highlight of my career" and "the greatest honor any coach could ever get". Coach Davis was again honored on September 14, 1984 when the school named the football field in his honor. Coach Davis passed away on August 12, 1993 at the age of 71. He touched the lives of many many people and is greatly missed.
