The 2009 Bulldogs opened up the year with 3 straight victories. They made the playoffs that year drawing a first round date with the Lloyd Star Hornets. These are the games I have recovered from that season. Click the link to watch them tangle with the Union Yellowjackets, the North Forrest Eagles, the Taylorsville Tartars, the Mize Bulldogs, the Saint Andrews Saints, the Bay Springs Bulldogs, the Stringer Red Devils, and the Lloyd Star Hornets.

The 2006 Bulldogs exploded out of the gate winning their first 8 games before falling in week 9 in a hard fought battle with the Kemper County Wildcats led by the talented Marcus Green. The Dawgs dug a hole early trailing 7-25 late in the third quarter before battling back in a wild fourth quarter only to have time expire with Enterprise driving on the Wildcat 46 yard line. They would suffer their first defeat of the year 34-37. The 2006 Bulldogs would bounce back the next week as they claimed the District 5-2A championship by beating the Union Yellow Jackets 20-14, finishing the regular season with a 9-1 record. In the first round of the playoffs the Bassfield Yellow Jackets came calling in what turned out to be a barn burner that was not decided until the last second of the game. Bassfield had driven down the field with a 1:15 to play in the fourth quarter to take a 19-14 lead. Enterprise responded through the air as Paris Johnson completed passes to Marquez Goodloe, Dion Johnson, and Curtis Latney moving the ball down to the 5 yard line. With time running off the clock Paris Johnson put Enterprise on top 20-19 with no time left on the clock. The 2006 squad would be eliminated in round to by the Amite County Trojans 6-36.

2004 saw year two of the Speed era. The 2004 Bulldogs dropped a heart breaker in the final seconds in their season opener 20-27 to SE Lauderdale. They rebounded by beating Clarkdale in a downpour 28-20. The Bulldogs would continue the year in an up and down fashion. In a district that included the likes of Seminary, Taylorsville, Bay Springs, Bassfield, and Heidelberg, they secured the number four seed for the playoffs. They finished off regular play with a 2-3 district record and a 5-6 overall record. The 2004 Bulldogs were eliminated that year in round one of the playoffs by the Lumberton Panthers. They finished the year with a 5-7 record. Unfortunately I was only able to locate one game from the 2004 season.
Speed Era Begins! 2003 marked the end of one illustrious coaching career at EHS and the beginning of another. Coach Jud Gartman retired after leading the Bulldogs for 22 years. Coach Joel Speed, another one of former L.J. Davis's players took the wheel. In Coach Speeds inaugural season as the Bulldogs head coach, the team came out of the gates strong by winning their first 2 games of the season against SE Lauderdale and longtime rival Clarkdale. The 2003 Bulldogs would ultimately finish with an 8-5 record for the season. The 2003 Bulldog squad would finish 3rd in their very respected division behind Taylorsville and Seminary. The 3rd place finish was good enough to earn the Bulldogs a spot in the 2A playoffs. In round one, EHS would eliminate the War Dogs from Hinds AHS 29-12. In round 2 the Bulldogs would squeak by a good St. Johns Eagles team 20-19. This would set up a rematch with Taylorsville. Taylorsville handled the 2003 team earlier in the season 33-16, and would unfortunately eliminate the Bulldogs in round 3 by a score of 42-21.

The 2000 Bulldogs jumped out to a 4-0 start. They fell to Morton to open district play before picking up 3 more wins. Sporting a 7-1 record the Bulldogs welcomed district rival Taylorsville to LJ Davis field. The Bulldogs would erase a 21 point deficit only to fall to the Tartars 25-28. The Bulldogs would knock off Seminary the next week moving their record to 8-2 and setting up a huge battle with Bay Springs. The Bulldogs had to beat Bay Springs by 11 points in order to grab the number 2 spot in the district and a shot at the playoffs. Unfortunately the Bulldogs from Bay Springs played the spoiler and the deserving 8-3 Enterprise squad would stay home for the playoffs.
